The program

Vesper answers phone calls for small businesses. Vesper sends two kinds of text messages:

  • Appointment texts to callers. Confirmations, reschedules, and cancellations for appointments a caller makes with a business during a call that Vesper answers.
  • Call alerts to business owners. A summary of each call (caller's name, callback number, and reason for the call), sent to the owner or staff of a business that uses Vesper.

We don't send marketing or promotional texts.

How you opt in

Callers: after you book, change, or cancel an appointment on a call, the receptionist asks whether you'd like a text confirmation. You'll only get one if you say yes. We record that you agreed, with the date, time, and call it came from.

Business owners and staff: you opt in when you give us your mobile number for call alerts during setup.

How often

Message frequency varies. Callers usually get one text per appointment booked, changed, or cancelled. Owners get one text per answered call.

Costs

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.

Stopping texts

Reply STOP at any time to stop all texts from this number. You'll get one message confirming you're unsubscribed, and nothing after that. Reply START to opt back in.

Getting help

Reply HELP for help, or email support@vesperphone.com.

Carriers

Carriers aren't liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your information

We never sell or share your mobile number or opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for marketing. Read the privacy policy for how we handle your information.
